MACH Engineering’s VSP® arch ring is a type of tower packing formed from a single sheet of metal. MACH Engineering VSP® rings have a spherical shape that is proportional and symmetrical in all dimensions, allowing for accurate scale-up without the risk of nesting. They feature heavy ribs for added strength, making them suitable for use in high bed heights. A series of longitudinal perforations create tabs that fold inward — a unique design element that promotes the formation of small, trickle-down droplets that improve liquid-gas mixing and distribution.

For the best corrosion resistance, choose stainless steel, aluminum or titanium. For cost-effective strength in non-corrosive environments, choose carbon steel.
