MACH Engineering Hi-Rings are a plastic tower packing material based on the RVT Hiflow® design. Like the RVT product, our Hi-Rings are a high-performance product capable of delivering minimal pressure drops and excellent durability in a range of industrial applications. Multiple sizes and configurations provide options for every customer, while an accessible price point makes our product an economical choice, as well.
MACH Engineering Hi-Rings have a cylindrical shape with an open structure that permits flow-through while still delivering mechanical strength. Our product features a large void space, which keeps the overall weight low enough to use in large-capacity towers without the need for intermediate packing supports.
We manufacture our packing rings in 1/2″, 1″, 1 1/2″, 2″ and 3 1/2″ sizes. Larger Hi-Ring packing has a larger percentage void fraction, lower geometric surface area and lower weight per square foot. Available materials include:

A wide range of material options supports a wide range of potential applications. High-density polymers are suitable for use in higher temperatures, while low-density materials like PP are cost-effective general purpose alternatives.
